Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Owen Sound Police Service are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect responsible for an indecent act.
Just before 4:00 p.m. on Friday January 15, 2021, a sixteen-year-old female was walking by a parked truck on 3rd Avenue West at 11th Street West. The male driver of the truck asked if she wanted a ride, which she declined out of concern.
The female then left the area after she noticed the suspect committing an indecent act.
The suspect is a Caucasian male, 25-35 years old, with short blonde hair shaved on the sides, and two-day old facial hair. The suspect’s truck is a Dodge Ram 1500, dark coloured, four door, with a short flatbed and a silver or gray tailgate.
