Winners of the Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce Mascot Competion Announced 

The First Place winner is Ava Kirejew of Hillcrest Public School in Owen Sound, with her "Leads the Lion" character.  "Leads the Lion" is a mascot that people would see as being fearless, with the ability to quietly move through our community, much like a cat or lion would be able to do, while helping our law enforcement officers hunt down those who choose to break the law.  "Leads the Lion" works “purr-fectly” into our future plans.   

The Second Place winner is Zoe Shave of G.C. Huston Public School in Southampton, with her "Elly the Eagle" character - a majestic bird of prey with keen vision who is more than capable of "Keeping an Eye on Crime".

The Third Place winner is Kaleigh Hay of Ecole Elementaire Saint Dominique Savio , Owen Sound and her "Al the Crocodile" character - a reptilian creature who patiently awaits his chance to "Put the Bite on Crime".

Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce wishes to thank all those students in Grey and Bruce who took the time to create and submit their mascot character creations.  Well done to each and every one!
