Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Bruce Peninsula OPP are asking for the public's assistance to help solve a rash of break-ins that occurred on the Bruce Peninsula.
In late October to early November 2009 several cottage break-ins occurred around the Miller Lake and Dyers Bay area in North Bruce Peninsula. Numerous household items were taken from the cottages including archery equipment, firearms, crossbows, tools, camera equipment, binoculars, a Troybilt chainsaw, stereo speakers, a telescope, and in one case the thugs made off with the victim's golf clubs.
Also stolen during one of the break-ins was a 250cc 1997 Yamaha Blaster ATV, white in colour, with a blue seat as well as two helmets.
