Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the South Bruce OPP are asking for the public's assistance in solving the following theft of jewelry.
On Monday January 27th 2009 at about 12:30 p.m. two male suspects entered Gilberts Jewelry Store on Queen Street in Kincardine. While one of the suspects distracted the employee the other opened a display case and removed approximately 8 to 10 white gold engagement rings. The value of the rings is approximately $10,000.00 - $12,000.00.
Suspects #1 is described as a white male 35-40 years of age, 5'11", 260 lbs with brown thinning hair, unshaven, and wearing a dark jacket and track pants.
Suspect #2 is described as a white male 20-30 years of age 5'8" 160 lbs with blonde thinning hair. He was clean shaven and wore a tan jacket with the name "Chad" on the right arm.
