Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for the publics’ assistance in helping to solve a number of residential break-ins where jewellery has been the main target.

Since July 2012, police have investigated four (4) residential break-ins in the Balmy Beach and Grey County Road 1 area of Georgian Bluffs.

In all of these cases it would appear that jewellery had been the primary target.  The total value of the stolen jewellery from these break-ins is estimated to be over $38,000.00.

Police urge all area residents to be alert to any suspicious happenings in the area.
