Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are asking for the public’s help in solving the following theft.

Sometime between May 17, 2013 and May 23, 2013 unknown suspects entered the Reeve’s Construction Gravel Pit located at Road 6 and Grey County Road 109 in Southgate Township. Once on the property the thieves stole diesel fuel from an excavator, completely emptying the tank. Furthermore thieves made off with four 20 foot boom pin cables. These cables are extremely heavy and can’t be coiled. Total value of the theft is $4,100.00.
